Refund policy

At URJENYA Wellness, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer replacement in case:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered

Return conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customer must share unboxing video or photos for verification

Please Note:

  • Used products are not eligible for return
  • Fragrance preference change is not eligible for return

Replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
