Refund policy
At URJENYA Wellness, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We offer replacement in case:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
Return conditions:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer must share unboxing video or photos for verification
Please Note:
- Used products are not eligible for return
- Fragrance preference change is not eligible for return
Replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
